Our Mission
Impax Manufacturing has
been providing quality metal products since October 1997. Our staff is
dedicated to providing prompt, courteous service and unsurpassed
excellence in workmanship.
Company
History
In 1997, Dave Molnar began work to develop and market
a universal pick-up truck utility deck with various attachments. This strong
and very light chassis design was galvanize dipped after welding and contained
only sheet metal. Although the project was put on hold due to lack of sales,
Dave still believes that with the proper marketing, it could be a success.
A remarkable goal was achieved by organizing a complete manufacturing facility
with employees,
creating prototypes, and even selling a few of these units. All without one
penny of investment.
Over the years, more and more equipment was purchased, various business repositioning
strategies were implemented, and new ideas explored. Shop size has increased
10 fold. Today, Impax Manufacturing is capable of fabricating much larger and
more complex projects than ever before.
